12-Speaker Sound System
The powerful ŠKODA Sound System uses twelve speakers, three in each door of the vehicle. Perfect sound is achieved with an external amplifier with sound processor. The system also offers a wide range of settings thanks to a digital equalizer and switching between three modes of 3D sound optimisation.
KESSY – Keyless Entry, Start and Exit System
Want to lock or unlock the door, start or stop the engine, all without using a single key? Introducing KESSY (Keyless Entry Start and Exit System) available as standard across the range. The driver is still required to carry the key to the vehicle with them, but only needs to operate the door handle or the hatch of the boot and the vehicle will unlock automatically. Starting the car is completed in a push of a button, located on the right of the steering wheel.
Second-generation Automatic Parking Assist
Drivers in urban areas will appreciate the Automatic Parking Assist (available in Tech Pack). After a simple press of a button, a car is able to find a large enough gap between parked cars. The car's electronics turn the steering wheel, while the driver adjusts the speed using the pedals.
Parking is made even easier by the rear-view camera in the handle of the tailgate (standard across the range) which displays the area behind the vehicle and features a line of travel the width of the vehicle.
Climatronic dual-zone climate control
The electronically controlled ŠKODA Climatronic climate control lets you enjoy the comfort of automatically maintained temperature in the car. The Climatronic has two zones, so driver and passenger can set their own temperatures. It uses sensors and mechanisms to gauge and adjust the temperature by manipulating both the speed and direction of air flowing into cabin. It is also able to compensate for the sun radiation by more intensive cooling, so the driver doesn’t have to change the temperature settings manually.
Bluetooth® hands-free
When connected to a mobile phone, the hands free uses wireless Bluetooth® technology to provide comfortable and safe telephone use while driving. It also enables audio streaming and it can maintain two simultaneous Bluetooth® wireless connections - one for mobile phone and the other for external audio devices. For incredible convenience, the entire system can be operated using voice control, the multifunctional display, the multifunctional steering wheel or the audio system touch display.
Amundsen Navigation Unit
Included in the Navi Pack, the Amundsen Navigation unit features a 6.5" touch-screen display with maps, with intuitive swiping and pinching movements allowing the user to scroll menus and zoom into maps easily.
