​The Volkswagen Group technology behind the DSG (Direct Shift Gearbox) is a world first. Using two clutches and two sets of gears, the DSG transmission intuitively selects your next gear, whilst you’re still driving in your current gear. When it’s time to shift, the change takes place in 0.03 seconds so it delivers a seamless shift without a loss of power.​
