Electronic Stability Control (ESC)

Electronic Stability Control (ESC) delivers a number of systems to help maintain the car's stability in braking and emergency situations. The control unit constantly compares current data about the driving behaviour of your vehicle with the preset values. If the values do not match, the control unit gives command to stabilise your Octavia.

The stability program uses the abilities of Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Anti Slip Regulation (ASR) and other special sensors. This allows it to prevent slipping or locking of the wheels.
